BEST WORKOUT VIDEO ON YOUTUBE

Over the years many fitness tycoons have found their way into YouTube and video streaming of workouts. The subscriber count and trending attribute has left us all in a dilemma, we can't choose just any video after all it is something that would affect our body. I have honestly had a taste of many, everyone comes with different time frame and difficulty ranges. Choosing the best trainers from those hundreds of videos is like finding a needle in hay. The videos and workout plans may be similar but unfortunately not every workout plan can help you choose your desired body. From my YouTube viewer experience of 6 years I have come up with a list of YouTube workout channels which I found the best.

1. GROWINGANNANAS

This month I have chosen Anna as my trainer. Her plans are a mix of exhaustion and rest. I can actually feel changes in my body. The workouts are accessible to a lot of people because of minimal equipment required. The workouts include a unique cool down with each video. The program has a new video every day with no repeating exercises. The video titles do not click-bait and give false information, such as spot reduction.

2. CHLOE TING

With over 12 million YouTube subscribers, Chloe Ting is known for her unique sculpting exercise moves and time-savvy workouts. Plus, she is always posting different fitness challenges; her time specific shred challenges aim to strengthen and tone the entire body. She is the best place to visit as a beginner. Her community is very inspiring and motivating. Her workouts are short and can be performed by anyone, she has various plans varying on the basis of intensity.

3. PAMELA REIF

This lady will leave you dripping in sweat. Her workouts are killer. I used to complete a 20 minute workout in 40 minutes. She also has a few celebrity special guests on her channel, like Jason Derulo. Her workouts are quite effective but very quick.

4. FITNESS BLENDER

If you are just starting out and want an easy entry into online workouts then you would be wiser to start with some basic beginner level exercises with Fitness Blender for developing overall strength. Husband and wife team Daniel & Keli believe that smart workouts and healthy whole foods can improve your health, quality of life, and body. They specialize in sharing unbiased workout, nutrition, and health information with their growing number of followers. This was the first channel I hit when I started working out.

5. CAROLINE GIRVAN

Her rock solid body can motivate anyone to get out of bed and hit the gym. The workouts are accessible to a lot of people because of minimal equipment required. The program provides low impact alternative moves or videos. The program has a new video every day that works out different muscle groups. She is the best trainer if you want to include weights in your workout.

6. MADFIT

She has a wide variety of workouts from fun dance videos to HIIT cardio to leg strengthening videos.  However, she does not show modifications to any move. But, if you know how to do a variety of exercises and aren’t looking for someone to talk to you for the entire time, MadFit is a good option for you. I didn't like it much.

7. POP SUGAR

It's more of a fun channel, I usually switch to this one when I feel unmotivated and not in workout spirits. From hip-hop dance classes to high intensity interval training, POPSUGAR Fitness offers an endless variety of workout classes and fitness tutorials. If you're into the latest fitness trends and want to stay updated with crazes such as the Victoria's Secret workout and the Bar Method, then this is the channel for you.

8. NATACHA OCEANE

This youtuber was responsible for my sore legs. I noticed a difference almost instantly with my strength on this program.

★★★

What really matters is body movements and being active, choose any workout plan, just be consistent and you will see the results. YouTube is probably the best way to start, it comes with less excuses and more comfort. Have a great time working out.
